    Keep Smiling

Rockin’ Out to: CATCH MY BREATH by Kelly Clarkson * * * * It’s been quite a year…2012 marked big changes in my life and there was much reflection going on. I can say the turbulent times felt like it was never-ending but I persevered and kept marching ahead with a smile on my face, even if there was an ache in my heart and an emptiness in my soul. Sounds like one of my stories, huh? Well, it wasn’t necessarily a bad year but it was a year of many tests when it came to what I wanted to accomplish. Sure, I was faced with immeasurable doubt and my confidence was waning but I…

    Volatile Romance

I’ve noticed dark and volatile romances are popping up everywhere since the whole 50 Shades phenomenon. The truth is, they’ve always been around. Now authors who have been writing these sexy, intensely charged books are finally getting the recognition they deserve. I’m sure most readers will automatically assume these books all contain kink or are set in the world of BDSM, but it’s not necessarily so. Romance Junkies Halloween Contest

This year I’ve joined the Romance Junkies Halloween Contest. If you want a chance to snag a copy of Siren’s Seduction and a $10 Amazon Gift Card—including trying for many other author’s prizes—all you have to do is visit the HAUNTED HOUSE and search for objects with hidden questions. There are many rooms in the game but pay attention to the clock in the Library. It’s really quite simple. Hope you have a safe and wonderful Halloween!

    Seoulful Kiss

“Don’t aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.” —David Frost Rockin’ Out to: WIDE AWAKE by Katy Perry * * * * TAH-DAH! See that cover? I’m giving you a first glimpse at my holiday short story. This one is set in Seoul and is a sweet read. Don’t worry, my signature sensual style is still intact but beyond that, it’s pretty PG. The reason I chose not to write an erotic short was because I wanted my readers to feel warm and fuzzy all over after reading it. The holidays are special to me and what better way…

    Down With Bullies!

Recently a group of authors from Facebook decided to stand up against bullying and they chose today, October 19th, to write a post about their experiences, feelings, and opinions about this after a teen took her own life because of being bullied. Although I was too late to participate with them, I do feel it’s an important topic. I’ve decided to blog about this because I don’t want anyone to ever think that they have no power to stand up against bullies. Whether we’re family, friends, or even strangers…we will stand with you. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. * * * * I was a runt in the group, loved tagging…
