January 2011

Tomorrow is always fresh with no mistakes in it.”
—Lucy Maud Montgomery, author of Anne of Green Gables

Dear Friends & Readers:

It’s the start of a new year and it brings to mind the above quote by Lucy Maud Montgomery. I like the idea of starting fresh and I have 12 months to do it. I’m really looking forward to how this year will shape up. I’m equally excited about the prospect of facing lock down in the writing cave. I welcome it because if I’m writing regularly, I’ll have more releases to announce. It’s a win-win even though I’ll be giving up a lot of free time to dedicate to writing 100%.

As you might notice, I’ve changed the look of my website recently to reflect the paranormal aspect of my writing. Don’t worry, I am still writing contemporaries but this is the year you’ll get to see the darker side of my storytelling. Well, not too dark. I have a love for humor in my stories to offset the darker stuff but I can assure that this direction is a good thing…

<– See that cutie-pie? I have my work cut out for me. My family recently acquired a new member in the form of a feisty puppy named Lex. He’s consuming the rest of my time but I love every minute of it! He is truly a spot of sunshine through the cloudy skies and gives me plenty of exercise playing with him outdoors. I’ve never had much experience with pets but he’s even managed to win over my parents with his charm!

Well, I’m sure most of you have made resolutions but I’m not very good at them. I will say that I will do my best this year and hopefully, the end result will be lots to cheer about!

Wishing everyone an amazing year filled with love, laughter, and abundance in every aspect of your life!

Stay beautiful inside & out …
